Our team has developed this rollerski for regular skate rollerskiing at average intensity. With their aluminium frame and Rottefella binding, the pair of skate 500 rollerskis are lightweight and efficient. Keep enjoying the pleasure of the glide even in summer.
Are rollerskis compatible with my cross-country ski boots?
Our pair of rollerskis are sold with Rottefella bindings, which are compatible with standard cross-country ski boots: NNN (Rottefella), PROLINK (Salomon and Atomic) and TURNAMIC (Fischer and Rossignol).
Please note that our rollerskis are not compatible with SNS standard boots.
How do I look after my rollerskis?
To avoid unequal wear, switch the right and left skis regularly.
For your safety, remember to check and replace worn wheels.
Are rollerskis equipped with a braking system?
No, our rollerskis are not equipped with a braking system.
To slow down, you need to be able to control your speed using techniques such as the snow plough or step turn.
Before you get started, as with cross-country skiing, you need to learn some basic skills. Start by practising on flat ground without any other skiers around you: an empty car park or little-used cycle path to get started and practise gliding, turning and braking.
Why is it necessary to be well equipped to practise rollerskiing?
Rollerskiing can be a dangerous activity particularly if you do not know the basic skills and do not have the right equipment.
To avoid injuries and accidents, protection is an essential part of rollerskiing. We recommend that you wear a helmet and gloves to protect your head and hands in case of falling on tarmac.
Opt for a colourful outfit or fluorescent vest to be clearly visible to other users.
Is it possible to move the bindings to suit my boot size?
Our rollerskis are equipped with a pre-drilled aluminium frame so you can move the binding according to your boot size.
ATTENTION: only use a PZ3 screwdriver
To perform this operation, we recommend you make an appointment at the workshop
